Morehouse College is now home to an Allen model GX340 that will be used as a portable instrument that can be moved to various events around the college’s campus as needed. The organ is capable of being played via its external Allen cabinet speakers, as well as through a PA audio (XLR) hookup. Allen Organ Studios will also be constructing portable speaker stands for use in the Ray Charles concert hall, complete with quick-release cables to install/uninstall the organ as needed for concerts.
